End of Tenancy Cleaning Terms & Conditions 

1. Introduction 

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our end-of-tenancy cleaning services booked through the concierge app ("App"). By booking a cleaning service, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2. Booking and Confirmation 

• Bookings are confirmed only after we accept your request. 
• Minimum scheduling notice is 2 working days. 
• We cannot provide exact cleaning times at confirmation, but these can be requested via the app's chat function within your order. 

3. Cancellations 

• You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled clean. 
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to our discretion for a refund. 

4. Access 

• You are responsible for granting access to the property. This can be done by: 
• Personally providing access. 
• Instructing the concierge to provide our cleaners with keys. 
• If our cleaners are unable to gain access due to your fault, a refund is at our discretion. 

5. Our Services 

• We provide our own cleaning equipment and supplies. 
• A detailed list of included cleaning tasks is available on the App. 

6. Customer Responsibilities 

• You must vacate the property entirely before the clean. 
• You confirm you will not return to the property after the clean. 
• Any items disposed of without your instruction are your responsibility. 
• Should you return to the property after the clean, we take no responsibility for areas noted unclean or damaged during check-out. 

7. Disclaimer 

These Terms do not exclude or limit our liability for: 

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence. 
• Fraudulent misrepresentation by us. 

8. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

** Fridge/Freezer will be turned off and doors left open ** All residents will have moved out, and the property will be vacant and all personal belongings removed. ** Property will be clear of all rubbish. ** Cleaners will be able to access the property at the scheduled start time.**I agree that I will not return to the property either during or following the clean taking place.** I confirm that I accept that if any of the conditions above are not met additional charges may be applied**For full terms and conditions please refer to 'More Info' on the previous page.
