Do I have to arrange parking? 

Yes, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they have parking permit(s) for all the addresses concerned. 

Can you disassemble and assemble furniture? 

No, this service is only to provide “A to B” transportation for your items. It is the customer responsibility to disassemble and reassemble their furniture. The safest way to transport furniture, is to disassemble them for safety reasons whilst in transportation. This will need to be done before our driver arrives. 

Do you offer packing service? 

Yes, we offer full or part-packing service. This will be by separate quote.
